In less than two years I directed my team to implementing several changes to improve IT infrastructure for stability and future growth. These initiatives include;
- Providing an environment where my team can learn and succeed.
- Finished implementation of Mas500 ERP and SalesLogix CRM.
- Built an OLAP data warehouse to report company KPI’s via web based dashboards.
- Replaced e-commerce web sites and shopping cart to open source technology (LAMP).
- Complete data center and switching infrastructure overhaul and network documentation.
- Selected new call center order management system to replace home-grown system.
- Introduced initiatives to improve PCI compliance & IT best practices such as SLA’s & Change Control.
- Introduced and currently practicing Agile techniques with IT projects.
